We went in on good friday and unfortunately they weren't serving alcohol until 5 PM. We stayed for lunch though, and very happy we did! My friend had the fish and chips, it looked great. I had the chicken and mushroom pie and it was AMAZING. I would highly recommend the food. Of course, the decor was spectacular. The service was good too.

Sometimes the only Belfast attraction that travellers get to see between trains buses and a hotel stay across the road. Beautiful decor good service good food and Guinness...get a seat in a snug and you are quietly secreted away almost romantic or just a great spot for a few friends and a great Guinness... Maybe I mentioned that before?

This was a very cool place to eat. We tried it on Thursday and couldn't get dinner without a reservation. We went back on Friday during the day (Good Friday). No liquor could be served until after 5:00. That's ok--we had dessert!

Great place to stop for a second. This is really a unique pub environment, so you go there for the surroundings and a drink. The food wasn't near the best pub food, but the environment is hard to equal. Go at the slow times of the day if you want to get your own table in a booth. If you're a small group and have a table, invite someone else in to share the area if you see them unsuccessfully looking for the same thing.

What a great place to sip some of the black stuff! Iconic building, great location and brilliant atmosphere. Come here with a group of friends and get yourself a snug - these wood and glass drinking dens are tremendous for a social. I'll be back!
