Staff pleasant and helpful. Hotel very central - within walking distance of city centre. Rooms clean and fresh. Would recommend eating there as well. Would definitely use this hotel again if / when back in belfast.

I stayed at this hotel on Business. I stayed a Sunday evening and the hotel was extremely busy with 4 coach tours also staying.

The hotel was well organised and managed to deliver a great service to both tour and individual guests.

I would certainly stay again if i have to return to Belfast

"It does exactly what it says on the tin".
Nice, clean hotel, friendly staff, comfortable beds, good location. Can't fault it.
We arrived before check-in time & our room was ready, with the pull out bed made up for the kids.
Room was very clean and beds were really comfortable.
Reception area was nice and also very clean.
Breakfast was delicious with loads to choose from.

Will definitely stay here again when we return to Belfast

The hotel is well located and within easy walking distance of the City Centre. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. There is a charge for breakfast but it's a very nice buffet. And the dining room is perfect for dinner.
There is a Tesco within walking distance and a Starbucks as well. Plus there are lovely restaurants around the corner. The only "negative" is that for visitors from the US you need to have an adapter for the electricity. The hotel can provide one but with everyone's devices that's not nearly enough. There is a USB port on the back of the TV and I discovered that Boots (across from Starbucks) sells adaptors for 6 pounds - which was a steal and a life-saver.

Stayed here with my Mum for the weekend and would highly recommend. Excellent location, 10 minutes walk from centre, good standard of rooms with modern decor. The staff at reception were always friendly, smiling and helpful, which is lovely and not always the case in hotels!! Parked car in the nearby car park which is good value for £8 per night rate. Room rate was very reasonable given standard of hotel, which is a decent 4 star. We ate dinner in the hotel on the second night. Food quality was good. Portions are not huge but adequate. The only slight niggle was that the service was quite slow..it took a while to get menus and then to get order taken and food was about 25 minutes before it arrived. The staff did apologise and in fairness the bar/restaurant was very busy so wouldn't let that diminish overall good impression of hotel. Would definitely recommend and will be back!
