A brilliant evening with family and friends! Ian ( our chef) and his team were fabulous... very professional, very knowledgeable, very patient and great fun. We learned so much cooking our food... lots of wee tips. The GOT banquet was a great idea... the food was amazing. The lamb ( which I don’t normally like ) was delicious and we were shown great ways to keep chicken moist whilst cooking. Reasonably priced for dinner and a learning experience and the team kindly did all the washing up! This is a great fun way to go out for dinner with friends.

My wife had bought me a steak night as a gift and we went last Saturday night.
The atmosphere is great, Sandra and staff were very friendly and helpful. Ian the chef was really engaging and culinary knowledge amazing.
We were there with 14 other revellers and thoroughly enjoyed the food, food demos and regular intervention and advice of our chef. We felt totally involved and engaged throughout the evening.
Overall an amazing night and we will definitely be back to sample one of the other types of cuisine they offer.

Been here a few times and always have a good night out. Choose what type of food you want to cook before you book. We always find a good interesting mix of people and the chef Stephen helpful, friendly and knowledgable. You normally cook your own three course meal, under tuition and get to enjoy what you cook along with some wine and the chef and other guests. Lasting about three hours we have always enjoyed the company and the meal. An interesting and enjoyable evening for not much more than you would pay for a meal out.

Brunch at the Belfast Cookery School was a Christmas present from my wife. I went with my son and can honestly say we both had a terrific experience. I'm ashamed to say that this was when I first made soda bread but it won't be the last. The demonstration and guidance given was first class. As it was for the hollandaise sauce, poached duck egg and pork belly with spinach. To say we were proud of what we produced is an understatement. Pleasant staff, pleasant company and an experience I would be happy to repeat.

After previously attending with the girls for 2 super classes thought it was time i took my partner john, he is a massive Game of thrones fan having read all the books and loving the show, so was excited to see this class on the website!
Apon arrival WOW! The school was decorated with Dragons, swords, shields and the table was beautifully layed out with medieval tapestry..really set the scene, was excited to see Ian the head chef and Stuart taking the class as we had such fun with them before.
To begin Ian explained that this was slightly diffrent from a normal class as the dishes took a long time to prepare and cook but he did talk us through every dish and showed the group how everything was prepared and where all the ingredients came from and got to try everything first..all within 30 miles of the cookery school..i must admit was a bit wary of trying the purple potatoes and yellow carrots but they were amazing.
All the food was served to us banquet style and we helped ourselves..ive never been a fan of lamb but this was like nothing ive tasted before.superb and the chicken with honey and raisins.so moist!
Then we got to make our sweets..apple roses with custard and lemon cakes..each couple got to make one of each which was a great idea as we got to taste both desserts! All in all a great experience getting to cook and taste food from the show with great local produce..Bravo!!
