The room was extremely cold. The heater in the room was set to the maximum of 26 degrees but it most definitely was not reaching this temperature it was emitting cold air. The room did not heat up at all. The window was open when I arrived also which caused the room to be initially cold. But I thought the heater would have warmed it up. Extremely disappointed!

The hotel is in a great location, 5 mins to titanic centre, close to city airport, 15 min drive to stena line ferry and 10 min walk to city centre, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, there is a spar shop just round the corner along with a couple of coffee shops selling food, the only downside is parking the hotel does not own the very small car park that is assigned to hotel guests, you get a discount but it is very expensive, and if you can’t get in car park then the price is even more, cost of parking is £6 between 5pm and 10am and £1 per hour outside of these times which is a bit eye watering

Everything about this hotel far exceeded our expectations. The room was big, comfortable, quiet, had everything you needed. The evening meal and breakfasts were excellent. Location wise perfect for the airport, Titanic museum. Around a 15 minute walk into the city. Taxis available at the push of a button and they arrive within a couple of minutes. Overall the perfect place to stay if visiting Belfast.

This hotel was very convenient to the HMS Caroline and the Titanic Belfast which made it perfect for us. No plush features, but a clean room that was quiet and easy to sleep in. A pleasant surprise was how short the walk was to Central Belfast as well. We enjoyed the view out over the river.

Check in went smoothly for us, but we did observe others that were really struggling and upset. Be sure you understand the hotel’s payment policies in advance.
