I'm Chinese from Malaysia. And I can say, this is superb!!
First of all, they have two different set of menu, if you are Asian or if you are adventurous, ask for original Asian (Chinese) menu.
If you aren't adventurous enough, go for English menu which offers Chinese food that try to tailor to local's preferences (whichi find not attractive at all).
The shop and the toilet was very clean. (we checked the toilet as some one said it has probleml.
The food. My mouth start drooling whenever I recalled the 水煮魚 (cook whole fish, immersed in special Szechuan chili soup which is covered with very thick layer of oil) and 燒魚 (grilled whole fish).
The fish was so fresh and tasty!! Even the fish is immersed in oil, but it doesn't feel oily at all (magic??).. This is the famous must-try dish in Szechuan!!
Singapore fried vermicili not so good.
The pork cutlet was so tender (but with strong pork smell). It was nice for first few bite. But i can't take much.
We have visited for two consecutive days during the very short stay in Belfast. Because the fish is so irresistible!! (but not spicy, maybe the chef forgotten we are Asian).
