Comfortable accommodation with everything you could ever need supplied. Best stocked self catering accommodation I have ever stayed in. The location is fantastic, especially if you want explore the walks and woodland. Very friendly family on site, but leave you to your own devices. The area is beautiful, with lots to do.

Would highly recommend!

“Both us and kids loved the farmhouse, animals and people.”

There are chickens, sheep and two friendly dogs on the farm. The family rents their own spacious home in summer. It is in great shape, everything you need is in place. Nice oven with glass door, a bright conservatory room, covered porch with a table to eat outside and listen to the animals and kids. The house is full of decorations, all furniture is stylish. Every morning and evening, our kids (6 year olds) helped the lady to feed sheep and chickens. They loved it and wanted to stay for at least a year :-) Lovely nature around, go on smaller trips directly from the farm, or drive to all that Snowdonia offers. We have already booked for another week next year!

An enjoyable stay, friendly owners going about there business, the let was comfortable with everything you need, good eating places in the village, the weather was very good especially the day we visited Snowdon. A good location central to a vast amount of places and walks close by. If your an egg oholic there is an endless supply of free range eggs

“Excellent!”
Reviewed 28 September 2014 for a stay in September 2014

A friend and I wanted to spend a few days in the outdoors and this was the perfect setting. The remote location was utterly peaceful and beautiful, but the mountains and Betws-y-Coed only a short car journey away. The facilities at the cottage were excellent. A clean, well maintained property with little else you could wish for. We would gladly return next year.

“A deceptivley spacious property with a friendly welcome.”
Reviewed 10 August 2014 for a stay in August 2014

Photos of this property do not do it justice, The kitchen and main living area is large and spacious making it a comfortable place to stay. Ffiona and her family are on hand to answer any questions and help with any issues.
We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived and this feeling remained throughout our stay.
As it is situated on a working farm there are plenty of animals to watch and interact with.
There are several walks in the imediate area offering spectacular views and lots of places to visit within driving distance.
Our only complaint about our stay is that it was not long enough and we will have to return to do some of the things we did not manage this time.
