“Just perfect!”
Reviewed 20 July 2018 for a stay in June 2018

Having never visited Wales before, we were looking for somewhere within easy reach of a variety of attractions, good walking, lovely scenery, off road parking, within walking distance of a good place(s) to eat but above all.........quiet. Not easy to find!
Tyn Y Fron has it all and more!
The cottage was spotlessly clean and both beds and sofas were very comfortable. The kitchen also had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The location is just perfect as it is out of the village but via a good footpath including a quirky bridge over the river, only a few minutes walk into the bustling village with good pubs and shops. There is even a good bus and rail service so that you wouldn't need to use the car during your stay if you didn't want to.
Nigel and Barbara were perfect hosts and I would have no hesitation in recommending their cottage, or B&B, to anyone.

“Fantastic, Homely cottage, pet friendly”
Reviewed 11 April 2018 for a stay in March 2018

Second time staying here with Barbara & Nigel. As before the cottage was spotless, with everything you'd need for a home from home feel.
The cottage is dog friendly, local walks on your door step, 30 min drive to the beaches, MTN Snowdon 20 mins away. Perfect central location to visit North Wales

We'll be back again,

“Fabulous family holiday location in Snowdonia.”
Reviewed 30 October 2017 for a stay in October 2017

Ideal location on the edge of Betws-y-coed, with a 7 minute walk into the village. This is a great pet friendly holiday cottage owned by Barbara & Nigel who helped to make our weeks stay so good. The location is ideal to explore Snowdonia & Anglesey which we did and the cottage was lovely and warm & extremely comfortable!

“Perfection.”
Reviewed 28 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

We have just returned gone from an amazing bank holiday weekend at Tyn Y Fron. Nigel and Barbara were the perfect hosts, very welcoming and nothing was too much to ask of them. The bedroom was stunning with the best view ever of the mountains. Our bed was huge and so comfy. The bedroom and en suite was so clean and lovely to spend time in. We really enjoyed the scrummy cooked breakfast every day! Nigel and Barbara have so much knowledge of the village which made planning our day so much easier. We will definitely be back to Tyn Y Fron and can fully Recommend a stay never to be forgotten. Thank you Nigel and Barbara for a perfect weekend.
