Still nice coffee. But they managed a special panini. Crispy on the bottom, lightly done on top, but well chilled in the middle. That was meatballs and cheese, like it was just out the fridge. Took it back and quickly resolved. Come on its not the Cafe Rusty Water.

Been to a few of these before, this shop has lots of seating! We had then 2-4-1 student deal on hot drinks which was great value! Staff were friendly

This cafe is conveniently situated in the heart of the historic centre of Abergavenny, right near all the main shops and amenities. Friendly staff and a very spacious and welcoming interior make this one of the best Neros I've visited. The normal range of caffeinated drinks are available and all the extras we know and love. I visit regularly and have always enjoyed my visits, both alone and with friends. It seems very popular with "the locals", even if most of said locals don't seem to have very local accents these days. Abergavenny has changed over the years. It was once a traditional Welsh market town but the market has shut and at least half the population now seems to be from outside Wales. Recent, unsympathetic housing developments on the edges of town and the closure of many of the long-cherished, traditional independent shops have not done anything to help matters. The high street does feel rather generic and much of the charm the town once possessed has sadly gone. Blame the planners, I say. Surprisingly, I now think nearby Merthyr and Aberdare have more to commend them. Let's hope they don't go the same way. God save the places we love from becoming, "fashionable".

My old favourite, but today it was dirty, unloved and the chairs were stained and not in place. The tables needed cleaning so legged it a few yards up the street to Coffee #1 - which indeed they were today. Disappointed
