One of the best premier inns I’ve stayed in ! The staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you . Anything you need Ewelina is there to help she’s so organised and helps we’re she can. In fact all the staff I’ve come in contact with have been fine. Food is good if I had one very small complaint would be put more veg on the menu.

First time at this hotel, it is situated on a one way system in the town centre , Finding the carpark entrance was difficult, the receptionist was abrupt, sarcastic and came across as short tempered, it was clear to see she was not happy and wasn't very accommodating when we asked to have our rooms close together and instead split us up. The rooms were very clean and a comfortable bed, we had a menu but no phone to be able to order & no USB ports were available so couldn't charge our phones. The manager seemed stressed out and was rushing about while trying to manage the bar but remained professional, unlike the receptionist. When we returned from our night out we went straight to our rooms, within a few minutes we had a member of staff knocking and telling us to keep the noise down and that only 2 people were allowed in one room , there was only 2 of us and I was on the phone, it then happened for a second time minutes later again explaining it was just 2 of us In the room, we felt very uncomfortable at the fact we were 2 young girls and 2 of their staff were hanging about outside our room for several minutes which was completely inappropriate . Me & my friends will definitely never be staying there again .

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to review our Maidenhead Town Centre hotel. Whilst we're happy you stayed with us and you found the room clean and comfortable, we're sorry for any disappointment the room set up and team member service caused. We can imagine you were left feeling let down and this certainly isn't how we want our guests to feel.

We'd like to assure you we'll raise this with the hotel manager to see what improvements can be made going forward. We wouldn't want standards like these to continue so the team will be informed to ensure any necessary retraining is arranged and the best service is being provided.

We hope this doesn't make you think twice about returning so please have confidence this isn't our usual standard and your comments will be picked up. Thanks again for getting in touch and we hope to see you again soon.

Parking at Sainsbury's is not ideal as to get to level 7 is a feat on it's own but there is not really much alternative. The hotel is then only a 5 minute walk, if that. Check in was superb and our allocated room was changed as it was not ready yet. All hotel areas are spotless as are the rooms.
Bedrooms are large and airy and pleasing on the eye. We slept very well as always on the premier inn mattress coupled with the quietness of our room. Issue when leaving as I had read the carpark lifts only work during store opening hours and this being a Sunday morning. I walked to the carpark and had to use the stairs to level 7 ( which is the lowest long term parking area). The stairwells were plastered with Saturday night's rubbish and smelt very unhealthy. The link bridge from stairs to carpark was also flooded so got wet feet. Managed to stop in the crowded drop off zone at hotel to collect luggage and my wife.

The only negatives relating to the hotel were :

1) There was a one way system for breakfast which was impossible to adhere to. You were served drinks and cerials to your table but had to go to the servery for cooked items. This area had an in and out door system but they closed the out door meaning exiting persons had to rub shoulders with those of us queuing to go in. The queue ( the way it was allowed to form) blocked the arrowed route back to tables and you consciously had to walk against the marked route.Given not all guests were wearing masks, or wearing them correctly this was an issue.

2) The lady who appeared to be the breakfast Manager was lovely and welcoming to guests. She was, however, constantly berating staff well within earshot of diners. This made us feel very uncomfortable. Surely this should be done away from customers?

100% we would return to the hotel but despite the value for money and quality we would think twice about breakfast as it really did not feel that safe.

Fantastic spacious clean room and bathroom. Ewelina the Receptionist was very helpful on check in and parking instructions for my car. I found that throughout my stay Ewelina was always courteous and knowledgeable of the area. The restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were great too. Location is fantastic and the surrounding countryside with it's beautiful villages in Berkshire are truly some of the best in England. Maidenhead has lots to offer for the traveller and all the High Street retailers like Marks & Spencer are within a five minute walk. A highly recommended Premier Inn in Maidenhead Town Centre, Berkshire, England. Thank you to Ewelina and the staff at Premier Inn Maidenhead for making me feel very welcome.

Evalina at reception was a delight and very helpful,a gracious host, we've stayed here a number of times and she has always been very efficient and friendly, especially during lockdown,she was always eager to help
