“Great location and tremendous value for money”

We visited Haworth for my wife's birthday and were joined by her folks for Le Tour on the Saturday and Sunday. The apartment has everything you need for a weekend stay, is warm and comfortable and is extremely handy for all the sights and sounds that Haworth has to offer. It's not five star but the price reflects that and as regular visitors to Haworth we've paid far more for far less.

“disappointment”

Booked this central based apartment last summer before any reviews had been posted. Good points - very clean, warm, wifi, plenty bedroom storage.
Bad points - very dated, smelled musty in kitchen, poor bathroom facilities, shower in the study? shower head kept falling off, (bath upstairs still out of order & water stains in kitchen from above could be painted over), very uncomfortable bed in master bedroom, very noisy in evenings from Black Bull pub (perhaps we naively thought a quaint village wouldn't have rowdy pubs?), we booked 3x nights but only stayed 2x due to the late night noise & uncomfortable bed, was glad to get home for a good night's sleep.
Haworth is a lovely village with great walks even if the weather is poor. This apartment has great potential if it was modernised, at the moment you get what you pay for.

“Spacious apartment in a central location”

The apartment is spacious comfortable, clean and ideal for exploring the Bronte museum and associated attractions. There are lovely walks from the village meaning the car can remain parked in the pub over the road. The owner was easy to contact and prompt in replying, Jason even came and replaced the shower head when we found it broken on our arrival. The property is in need of some decorative attention, the kitchen is under stocked when trying to cook for a family and the bathrooms are tired, despite this the the apartment is exactly what it claims to be and offers good value for money in a central Yorkshire location.

“Well situated, ideal for fit dog owners”

An ideal Haworth village centre setting for Bronte addicts, close to the Parsonage and the local church, also well situated for nearby wild, but beautiful moor walks. Despite steep but manageable fire-escape stair entrance, it was suitable for a relatively fit couple with a small dog. The entrance into a well- fitted, kitchen, offers a practical lobby and seated area. With unlimited access to the heating facilities, even on wet, cold days, there are spacious, warm and comfortable lounge and main bedroom areas, providing adequate space for at least four adults. However, basic shower and en -suite facilities need modernising. Jason, the owner, was most helpful and obliging.

“Good location but needs some TLC”

The location of this apartment is brilliant, slap bang in the centre of the old part of Haworth ideally situated for pubs & shops. The apartment is slightly out dated, the bath was out of order & has been for some time looking at previous reviews, I would have expected this to have been dealt with sooner. The whole apartment needs some TLC but if you don't want luxury & just want a "base" which we did being walkers then it's fine. We didn't spend much time inside the apartment. Do expect some late night noise as the apartment is directly opposite a pub which has music on all weekend. The entrance to the apartment is via a fire escape route which is steep and not ideal with a dog either, it is not suitable for elderly people or with walking disabilities.
