We spent a very nice summer holiday week here in August 2016 - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We had the top floor apartment with a private car parking space right in the centre of this nice quiet historic town.
Laura from the property was there to welcome us and was very helpful. After that we were left on our own and our questions per text message were quickly answered.
There is lots of space in the flat. The kitchen is large and well equipped with a view over the back gardens of the Georgian houses of East Pallant and a good view of the Cathedral spire. The 2 bathrooms are both fine and the WiFi was good.
Min points: There is a nice garden with a large lawn below but we are asked to to go there and there is no balcony - so we got a feeling of being 'inside'. The washing machine was a bit old and difficult to work out how to use (we looked up a user's manual on internet).
Chichester is worth visiting: the walls walk, Bishop's Garden, Cathedral, shopping, watching bowls and cricket in Priory Park. There running is nice on soft flat area to the north of the theatre (there is a one mile running route there: look on Strava)
There is a very large Tesco supermarket to the West of Chichester that is an easy cycle ride (and OK to walk). Lots of other smaller shops and supermarkets are very close.
We had good trips to Fishbourne Roman Palace, a walk around Thorny Island and the Weald and Down open air museum at Singleton.

A few simple things let this apartment down. Some of the furniture and general fittings are a bit tatty in places and the carpets need replacing. Otherwise it was a good apartment with the added bonus of free parking in the middle of Chichester.
