Really cannot understand what these negative reviews are talking about. Came tonight with my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary and the food and service was phenomenal.

I had the falafel starter which was presented beautifully, and we both had the Pork Belly for mains which was again amazing.

Our receipt says we were served by Max but both gentleman (one young looking lad in a white shirt and tattoos who I’m guessing was the manager, and the other was a taller man with an accent with short brown hair). Also props to the chef - I believe he was in the kitchen by himself but that didn’t stop him sending out Class A food

Thankyou for an enjoyable evening!

As soon as walked in I felt the service wasn’t going to be great, and they didn’t disappoint. I had booked a table, and after chasing a member of staff i was asked to grab a table that wasn’t made up. I was then served a menu with holes in and looked like someone had tried to eat it, then left after waiting a good 5 minutes for a waiter to come and bumble his was through asking if we liked the menu. We left shortly after and went to Wagamama where the service was a complete contrast!!The food looked good but wasn’t prepared to wait around for it.

I visited with two friends, we sat in the courtyard, no one approached us for our food order or to give us a menu. We ordered our food and drinks inside from the bar eventually ourselves , so service is terrible, but the food was delicious! Deffo recommend the Sunday Roast , and veggie option was great.
The cocktail maker at the bar was very friendly and professional .
The decor is very on trend and the courtyard peaceful , so well worth a visit.

This was our first visit to this restaurant. It has a limited menu but before ordering we were told there were a few dishes unavailabe including the steak. Considering it was only 6.15 this was pretty poor. Ok accepted and ordered fish and chips from even less choices. Waitress returns after five minutes ti say theres no fish and chips now. So another choice from the list. Along comes the bottle of red. It seems the norm today to let you taste the wine but no 4 glasses are filled. Ok we now settle in. Time goes by and by and by 40 minutes no starters. we check to see whats happening. They messed up the order and hadnt started preparing it. At this point we gave up they did offer the bottle of wine as an apology but we won't be back. Too many choices these days. Very poor and replace your stock control person. Why would anyone go there knowing that they can only supply half the menu. Only positive thing was we ended up in a lovely indian restaurant with great service
