Grubby appearance from the outside,unsafe car park at the rear for you to walk around to the front entrance.
Receptions rude not welcoming,poor English.
Shabby corridors, paint peeling on walls,huge dents in walls.
Actual room needs serious decorating.
Net curtains with huge holes,curtains hanging off the rails.
Debts in bedroom walls, stains on bedding, bathroom shower constantly running water can't stop it.
Only 1 tiny light over bathroom mirror so very dark in bathroom.
Bedroom furniture chipped and dented,huge chips!!
No air conditioning in the rooms and it was reading 30 degrees in the room....no offer of fans either.
Positioned next to a run down hostel with some very unsavoury characters lurking outside of the evening we arrived.
Opposite is a " gentleman's club" ....no more said!!!!
Right on a very busy dual carriageway,so with Windows open there was so much noise at night.
We were only booked in for 1 night due to travelling up from Cornwall to attend a consultants apt the next day at 9am at Queen Elizabth hospital which is 2.4 miles away.
Breakfast is NOT included in the price in case you think it is,it's extra and looking at the eating area we decides against eating there!!!
We booked through Booking.com.....they need to be told what type of place this is!!!
