I have eaten at many Indian restaurants, but Narvana was a cut above your average Indian.
A very interesting menu, complimented by friendly helpful serving staff, sensibly price drinks including bottles of house wine at £6.95 ( which was actually very nice) and large Cobras for less then £4 a bottle.
Started with the statutory popadoms and a cold beer whilst choosing from the excellent menu.
Went fish pakoras to start, a really tasty freshly cooked dish served with a really tasty spicy yogurt dip, excellent.
For main I went for a chicken Hyderabadi , with spinach tomato’s and potatoes, a new one on me, but nicely spiced and very tasty, with this was a nice rice dish.
Definitely visit again, lovely food 2 beers, a glass of house white less than £25.00 great value, but more significantly great food!
Last touch was an on the house baileys with ice, top notch.
