Stayed for 2 nights for my 30th birthday great accommodation clean, tidy, really spacious, comfy beds big kitchen, and ideally located for a short walk into Bath city centre
Prime location, absolutely stunning property and spotless. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Bath, really impressive and we all really enjoyed our stay. The landlord, Richard, was very easy to deal with and provided additional help on anything that was asked of him.
The place was beautiful. Everything you would need for a weekend or longer. We were a hen party and the space was perfect for socialising and spending time as a whole group. The rooms were lovely and the set up of the beds worked well for our group. There was no queuing for the shower as there were plenty of bathrooms and mirrors for getting ready!
The only negative that we would say is that we were under the impression that the parking was allocated rather than if there is a space on the road your permit allows you to park in it. When we rocked up with a lot of things to unload we had to wait a long time for a place to park. I guess this is what you get for a bang central city apartment and there was ample parking in the paid car park 2 minutes down the road.
We would all recommend this apartment and the owner Richard was a pleasure to deal with which made the task of organising a hen do for that many people just that ltitle bit easier!

A group of 11 of us stayed here for a hen weekend, it was a little tricky to find as we were driving and had to try and locate it during busy traffic times and you really wouldn't guess what it looked like from the outside! The door is just on a Main Street in town in between some shops! It's actually a couple of doors away from a beautiful bridal shop called Krystle Brides; if that helps! There are lots of car parks nearby too.
The house is absolutely amazing, it's beautiful, modern and very clean. All of the bedrooms were beautifully made up for us and there was instruction manuals for house rules and wifi and leaflets pinned up in the kitchen of ideas of things to do in Bath. The location was brilliant as well, just 5 minutes from the shops if that! We had a few things planned for the Saturday and they were all within ten minutes walking distance. No need for taxis or anything either for our night out.
The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed fully stocked with utensils etc and there was lots of room for drinks in the fridge/freezer etc.
It was a great stay, the only downside I would say is that the windows aren't double glazed which makes the wind very noisy especially in the very top bedroom at the back. There was also lots of seagull noises in the morning but I suppose you can't really control the birds!
If staying in a big group it's a perfect place and if I was coming back again I would definitely stay here! It's been a treat! :)
I stayed here last weekend for my hen weekend with 12 girls. None of us could fault the place. The house was beautiful and more than fit for purpose. Everyone couldn't believe how lovely it was. The decor is gorgeous and luxurious and it feels very exclusive. You couldn't be closer to the town if you tried with the Roman Baths being 2 min walk. It had all the facilities needed for a two night stay and the tea and coffee being there was a nice touch. Towels provided and beds made and was all luxurious. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again.
