“A fantastic place to stay !”
Reviewed 18 June 2015 for a stay in June 2015

We fancied a trip to Bath for a long weekend and noticed tucking Mill on Booking.com. We booked it because previous reviews said it was nice and close to the city but also far away enough to be peaceful and quiet. The previous reviews were exactly correct ! The cottage itself is beautiful and the scenery absolutely fantastic. The owners were very helpful and the place was very well kitted out and clean. We will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

“Perfect!”
Reviewed 5 June 2015 for a stay in May 2015

Stayed here for 2 nights with my Mum for her 50th birthday. Wonderful quaint cottage in a perfect setting. Mum enjoyed watching the birds whilst enjoying her morning coffees.
Visited the local pub (Wheelwrights Arms) for an evening meal which we couldn't fault (fabulous rhubarb ice cream)
Easy to travel into Bath centre by local taxi which is a fixed fare of £12 each way.

“May stay”
Reviewed 27 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

We had a lovely night at the cottage- it was exactly as described and very well kept! Our only regret is that we didn't stay for longer. The grounds are beautiful and the walks nearby are superb. We will definitely be returning!

“Beautiful getaway, stunning location!”
Reviewed 19 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

Absolutely perfect place, the location was amazing - totally rural setting and yet only a 10 minute drive from Bath. The cottage was everything you could possibly want, beautifully arranged with every facility you would need and the personal touches reallly made it - sherry and chocolates on arrival were perfect! View from the cottage is stunning. The whole place felt really looked after and the staff were very helpful and responsive without being intrusive. Incredible place to spend time: it had a truly calming and peaceful effect - we didn't want to leave!

if you dream of long walks in the countryside, of reading a book on a couch with a chimney (eletric one), of having a great dinner in a nice pub 20 mn walk from there, and of silent nights, this is the place to go! cherry on the cake: all these little birds in the morning.
My husband and I had a most perfect, romantic, quiet and into nature week end there.
