We loved the many differrent flavors in our dinners from the three-course set menu. This was a fine dinner.

I love The restaurant and the food is the most amazing food ever. I have been there twice and lovely food . But the both time when we went there with empty restaurant they offer us the table on the middle of the restaurant. I and friend asked to move and the waitress after talk to other came back and said sorry is fully booked. We were there nearly 2 hours no customer sitting there. It is just lack of effort even to offer us other convenient table . Just make sure you preference your table when you call to book. And the non alcoholic cocktails, the English garden was terrible . No taste . But the food was outstanding and delicious.
I will definitely back.

Only praise for this place!

We had a 3 course meal from their lunch menu, and it was delicious. A must visit when in Bath!

This restaurant is not for the ones that like to roll in on an empty stomach and roll out stuffed to the brim...it’s more of a delicate food experience. On the contrary, what the food lacks in portion size, it certainly makes up for in flavour! Clearly a lot of thought has gone into putting the dishes together, mixing unusual ingredients and it works. The drinks menu is pretty extensive, offering a bunch of seasonal cocktails and a good wine selection.

The restaurant is relatively small (divided into ground floor and basement) and the atmosphere oozes that trendy hipster vibe, with waiters and waitresses in leather aprons to match. The floor is also full of friendly faces, and relaxing energy - in other words staff are very welcoming and have a good knowledge of the menu.

We had a lovely time and tasted some unusual food combinations - would certainly visit again!

We took a brief tour to Stonehenge and Bath. Our lunch break was in Bath and we were delighted to encounter Acorn. The food was delicious and inventive, the setting was quiet and delightful. We had a beet root base risotto and a bean and pea with mushrooms over pappardelle. The flavors were amazing. We then had a pressed strawberry with cashew sorbet dessert that was impressive. We would return there again and again given the opportunity. We even bought the cookbook, "Vegetable taste Better" which is packed with creative ideas we will try in the near future.
