We booked a table for 2 online for 5pm the next evening, we didn’t receive any booking confirmation but didn’t think much of it. We arrived at cosmos at 4:55pm to find a queue down the street, do not be put off by this because as soon as the doors were opened everyone piled in and the queue went down within a few minutes. We reached the top of the stairs where we told the lady our booking name and she said she couldn’t find us but the lady said it was no problem and she would get us a table.

We were led to our table by a friendly waitress and we were told about the place and what to do, she was very nice and helpful, I didn’t see her name but she had rainbow style hair.

The food was absolutely amazing, no fault what so ever and the place was immaculate.

The only very little fault we had with the evening was my partner had an americano which he says was foul but he took it back to the bar and the bar staff quickly resolved the matter.

This is our first visit and we will 100% be returning in the near future.

First visit here today for lunch. There was a good variety of food on offer but the thing that spoilt the whole experience was cold plates and cold food. By the time the food (some of which didn't appear to be very warm to start with) was on the cold plate and then you walked back to your table some way away, it was virtually cold. I also found the table was sticky as was some of the floor which isn't pleasant so given all of that, we would not return.

My Aunty and uncle brought me to your restaurant for a belated birthday meal. We came last Tuesday, the 20th March, and had the lunchtime buffet. We sat down around 12.45pm and we tried a bit of most things, which was very nice. What was disappointing was the fact that the staff thought they finished at 3pm sharp and we felt very rushed to finish our meals as the staff wanted to finish at 3pm sharp. If I was to have this attitude when I worked in a large well known supermarket shop I’d be out of a job pretty sharpish. What’s happened to customer service skills in the catering industry??

Came here for lunch with my boyfriend, I don’t really enjoy buffet type restaurants but decided to chance it here as we were both hungover.

The hostess Daria was the cutest and nicest person and made our experience amazing.

Food was quality and everything easily identifiable by the signs. Everything was clean and we had a really nice time. Would definitely come back.
