Booked a table for 1930. I actually selected a table I'd like. Got there to find we were on a different table asked to be moved as I didn't want to be sitting right next to a pillar or in the main walk way. Finally got a slightly better table. Given the menus and ordered drinks. All ok so far. Drinks came and we ordered. Antipasto to share. Very basic ingredients bread was dry Jacobs cream cracker selection a pot of caramelized onions some salad (from a supermarket bag) and some cold meats. Didn't finish as got bored with it. Onto the mains. I had lasagne and chips with salad not too bad. My wife had pork. The pork was over cooked to such an extent it was hard and dry even though it was wrapped in Parma ham. By this time the volume in the place had risen to such an extent that we couldn't even talk to each other. I got the bill leaving half our meals. Nothing was said or asked had we enjoyed it. I think that's speaks volumes for the place. Cheap ingredients and cheap atmosphere. Possibly because it was a busy Friday night but you should still get the basics right.
