Lovely looking hotel right next to a small business park.
Around a 10 minute drive into Nottingham or take the tram which is around £3 return.
When I need to work in Nottingham I choose to stay here when possible as it provides good clean rooms and a good location to get on the tram into the city centre.
Also, can't complain about a free warm cookie now can you...
Good food as well.

Great service, clean spacious rooms and just a nice hotel for short stays.

Stayed at this hotel for one night, very clean hotel on arrival was automatically upgraded to King Room. Easy access to the city as the tram is not that far away . The Hotel is on outskirts of city, but public transport is excellent to get to the centre. Staff were friendly and helpful

Nice hotel ,staff friendly. Food was very average for a hotel this size. We were advised the menu is changed regularly however it was basic and expensive for the selection. I would expect higher quality and a bigger variation for the prices charged . Needs too improve if I am to visit again.

We have various menus on offer at our property a la carte which the new menu has just be launched, table d'hote which is 3 course with 3/4 options on each course this changers on a weekly basis, a bar menu and finally our room service menu. I am sorry that your exceptions were not met on the our food choice I have passed on your comments to the food & beverage manager who will take your feedback on board. We do hope that you will return to us soon, we certainly look forward to welcoming you.

We stayed here so we could go into the city centre to the theatre. The hotel is very modern and check in was simple. Upon arrival we were informed that we had been upgraded to a king size room on the HH floor, which was good.

The room was also modern, but only had a large shower room and no bath. There was no view out of the window, looking down onto a roof, car park and wild trees. We changed and went straight out to eat, calling ahead to reception to order us a taxi, that turned up outside almost as we were stepping out of the glass lift.

Upon our return to the hotel we went into the bar for a drink, using our HH tokens. My husband ordered and then as he gave over the tokens was told that they were only valid for ‘house drinks’ and not the brand of spirit he had requested...when he told the bartender to re-do the drink with the ‘allowed’ brand then the bartender decided to waiver it...if there is a stipulation to the tokens please make it known to HH members to avoid embarrassment! They were given as a token of our loyalty as regular customers to the Hilton brand, they should be printed with the restrictions of use or at least be explained upon check in. Having no sooner got our drinks the music was turned off in the bar as it was 11:55pm! I realise bars have to close, but a friendly warning before we ordered would have been much more respectful. In a now silent bar, we decided to take our drinks to bed.

We decided that, with the summertime clock change, breakfast in bed would be a good idea. We ordered and left our request outside the door. At the time specified our breakfasts arrived. All was as ordered, but we didn’t find the breakfast particularly enjoyable or tasty. Having stayed in three Hilton hotels in the past ten days, this was by far our worst breakfast. The orange segments and thick brown toast were the best part, the cooked breakfast was really disappointing.

All in all a great, modern and clean hotel, with a good location. ( about £10 in a taxi to central Nottingham). The staff were distinctly average, going through the ‘job’ as just that, but we felt customer service was sadly lacking. Not one member of staff spoke to us more than necessary in order to carry out their job. In other chains staff members have chatted to us, recommend places for us to see and even googled information for us. The lady who checked us out was the most pleasant member, but again this service was not the best we have ever had.

Great hotel, lovely modern rooms, average customer service.

I am pleased we were able to offer a complimentary upgrade on arrival, we know this is an important aspect of our guests stay. Our rooms mostly consist of walk in showers, however we do have rooms with baths with overhead showers these can be allocate upon request. I have double checked with the reception manager regarding the drink vouchers who has informed me it does specify on the voucher what complimentary drinks are offered. I am pleased the bartender was able to still offer the non-house spirits to you. We do turn the music off before mid-night due to our bar being below bedrooms this is to avoid distribution to other guest, I appreciate you should have been told & will pass this on to the team. I am sorry that you were disappointed with your room service breakfast, when you next stay with us please let me know & I will ensure you are given complimentary breakfast as a good will gesture. I thank you again for sharing your feedback with us, we all look forward to welcoming you back again soon.

Stayed in a business trip Plenty of free parking which is a luxury nowadays . Eficient check in Rooms are ultra modern and the bed is very large Had a room over looking the moat , loved listening to the waterfall . Staff are European and aim to please Very friendly and know the local area very well Only had breakfast You can order vegetarian sausages Breakfast is buffet style with lots of choice Would stay here again due to its location near the motorway and it's easy to get into the city
