My husband, son and I stayed at Penryn bungalow this month for a few days and we felt so at home. It really is a very comfortable bungalow with everything you need and the views of the countryside are just fabulous. The bungalow is much bigger than the photos actually show, so a place not to be missed!

Four of us stayed here for 5 nights so we could go into Nottingham and Trent Bridge to watch Australia play England in the cricket. That was a slaughter with Aus losing, but our stay in this lovely cottage was great. Photos on here don't do the place justice-it's way nicer than it looks. If you get nice weather like we did, you can sit out with a drink and watch the dog owners walk by or people going to one of the three pubs in the village. Everyone stopped and talked to us (and soon knew we had lost the cricket so loved to rub that in). Our host Tom's family owned a mill on the spot for generations so he is a wealth of knowledge regarding the local area. I highly recommend this lovely property.

Everything was terrific. Tom & Jane (Landlords) are super. Bungalow is clean and well equipped. Location is spectacular. Beautiful rolling hills of Lambley Village. Three local pubs within walking distance. We have been four times now and have re-booked for next year.

I would recommend this property. It is in a lovely position in Nottingham and the rural setting is beautiful. The bungalow had everything and more we needed and it was warm and homely. We hope to be back very soon.
