Been before but this was the first time with my youngest who is now 5. A fabulous museum with many great displays and intriguing true stories. My youngest loved the replica Victorian street with its shops, cobbles, gas lights and smells/sounds. The old prison which once housed the likes of Dick Turpin is fascinating, we loved the holographic actors telling us their unique stories in the cells. Creepy but intriguing ! Outside in the yard is a replica scaffold which is very startling and realistic. Great historical museum which takes about 2 hours or so to look around. Kids go free which is great too.
