We went for lunch to their restaurant on Christmas Day.

The service was truly incredible. Our server (Alice?) was so warm and friendly while remaining 100% professional and responsive. It was the best service we received during our entire visit to Europe. Really made us think about the difference that one person can make to your entire experience of a place.

The food was incredible. Everything was cooked to perfection and looked beautiful when it arrived at the table.

Thank you to the entire team for helping us celebrate the holidays in style. You made it all very memorable.

If you want to dine out Christmas Eve I can highly recommend St Giles House. Food was excellent and the staff friendly and very efficient. All in all a great experience and not expensive given the time of year.

Stayed here for 1 night in room 20. The bedroom itself is a little cluttered and on the small side however the bathroom more than makes up for it!

The staff are really polite and can't do enough for you. Breakfast was also delicious. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his full English and said the sausages are very tasty so worth a try!

The hotel is spotlessly clean, our room was a little tired but nothing a lick of paint won't sort. For £130 B&B you really can't complain!

We had a wonderful stay here. Staff esp Sandra extremely helpful. Service in restaurant fantastic. Food very good. Rooms top class for the price. Recommended.
(Room 20 has a brilliant bathroom. Room 2 is newer and also lighter and roomier. )

We stayed over Christmas to visit our family. The hotel is a real gem elegantly designed throughout with excellent service, located in the heart of Norwich within walking distance of everything, We would recommend this to anyone.

Room Tip: Each room is individually designed. They are on a large spacious style scale. Its worth checking them all out. There are only 16!
