This B & B Pub was a real find. The room was very clean, tidy and comfortable with a lovely en-suite bathroom. It stated that breakfast was inclusive it did not mention that it was a continental breakfast basket in the room; a little disappointing. There was secure on-site parking, it was just a short stroll into the centre of Norwich and the pub looked great although we did not actually use it.

Stayed here while christmas shopping in Norwich, was about 15 mins walk into the city.the barman was such a friendly guy,the rooms are just to the side of the building so you don't have to walk through the bar.room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was a picnic affair, enjoyed it very much,( didn't have to dress to go for breakfast, )
just eat when we were ready, not a lot of noise either even though the windows were not double glazed, old fashioned sash ones.in keeping with building. Excellent value for money. If staying in Norwich worth that little walk.would definitely stay again, only 4 rooms so get in quick.

We booked through 'booking.com' for a 2-night stay and were very pleasantly surprised by both the room itself & the pub below. The room (#1) was comfortable & well-appointed with the provision of the continental breakfast hamper a new & positive experience for us. Plenty (& I do mean, PLENTY) of tea & coffee sachets were provided with the added bonus of a packet of ground coffee & a cafetiere - great start to the day! The 'mini-bar' provides real milk (not the small cartons found in Travelodges etc!). A great initiative which must be maintained due to the lack of any other convenient breakfast facility (unless the pub starts to do breakfasts - point to note for their management!).
The management of the rooms & the pub below are not directly linked so there was no real way to report small problems with the room (blackout curtain fallen from the rail, very wonky hot water tap) but nothing detracted from the enjoyment of the stay.
The Lord Roseberry is a welcoming, well-decorated & maintained pub (much, much better than first impression) with an extensive range of well-kept ales, a vast selection of spirits, all backed up by knowledgeable and friendly staff - compliments to the manager. Food is only provided Thursday - Sunday so we are not able to comment but the location is only about a 30-minute walk from a range of restaurants of many ethnicities to suite most tastes.

We have stayed in Norwich many times, but this was one of the most enjoyable visits largely due to booking the Lord Rosebery. The room was tastefully decorated, the bed extremely comfortable and our "picnic hamper" continental breakfast was delightful. Although not in the centre of town it really is only a short walk away so no cab required. The pub below was being refurbished at the time of our stay so we look forward to it being open on our next visit

Room tip: Only 4 rooms and all are of a very high standard
