Before visiting Signorelli I phoned to ask about parking, I left a voicemail but there was no response. I downloaded the online menu which looked great. upon arrival we found that things that were shown on the online menu were no longer available eg. bircher muesli. We were told by a staff member that the online menu was a year out of date.
We were sitting on wicker chairs in front of the counter. My wife stood up to leave and felt something sharp on the back of her leg. There was a large nail sticking out of the chair which had torn her - very expensive tights - they cost £30. She complained to the manageress who took our phone number and said the owner would be in touch very shortly. This was three weeks ago and as before there has been no response.
You request that customers get in touch with you but you do not seem to want to reply to customer queries and complaints so we have decided to place this review.
