A fun stop along the Bermondsey Beer Mile. Good beer, friendly service and great atmosphere with a nice mix of people.

BBNo has been around for half a decade now, and have made themselves into a major player in the new-wave brewing field, with superb cutting edge beers. Best place to drink them fresh as fresh can be is their Tap, located in middle of the BB Mile.
Location is the now almost clichéd railway arch. Open Friday evening and all day Saturday, it retains its informality... no roped off drinking areas or security goons here yet. Pop-up food stalls close by provide some solids to soak up the beer.
Because they lost so many there's a returnable deposit on glasses.
For tours of the brewery one needs to pre-book.

Bought six bottles, four different beers, all were nasty and yeasty tasting. Very bitter, even when poured careful so as not to disturb any sediment. Won't be going back.

I took some friends from Seattle to BBNO for a Friday to Bermondsey and what a great decision, get there from 6 so you can sample what's on the tap. £3 deposit for a glass refundable on departure or a cheeky keep sake. There are beers to buy so you can take away and enjoy at a later date. Not forgetting there is a lovely chap there doing some great hot sandwiches. Great staff, great beer, great atmosphere and the great thing is I live locally, my new Friday night.

What a lucky coincidence to pass by this brewery on my way to Bermondsey underground station! Only £3 for a 2/3pint to try a few excellent London brews!
