Starters, steaks, sauces and sides were all solid. but unfortunately, service was sub-par. Our waiter was perfectly pleasant, friendly and good at making recommendations but he seemed to be the only one serving on the main floor so very hard to get his attention. As a result, we experienced long waits for even the simplest of requests.

Went with a couple of friends from work to the bottomless brunch in our quest to try them out. It’s a more unique set up as you start with ordering 2 dishes from a list and then order 1 at a time. The set price is quite high but it’s one of the few places that offers a number of dishes rather than a set menu.

Our first set of dishes weren’t completely what we’d ordered, but we were told there was time to order more.

The service is good and the drinks flow. The decor is bold! I described it as a bit Stringfellow (no mirrors on the ceiling!) and the toilets are a bit hard to find - the women’s have a mirrored door so almost went into the mens.

We had a 2pm sitting and towards the end of our time the food quality starting going a bit downhill - the bacon sandwich arrived with burnt bread and blackened bacon. The steak and eggs also had well done steak to the point of leathery.

Although this seems quite negative, the overall experience was fun and you are not short changed on the bubbles. Perhaps if you go earlier on you get a more consistent experience.

Visited the Sloane Avenue and many other branches on different occasions and all I can say is that the quality is always consistent. I would recommend the tuna ceviche to start and the ribeye which is their most flavoursome cut.

We went to Gaucho Sloane Avenue for brunch on Saturday. We had a great time, it was a bit quiet when we first arrived but got much busier with a good atmosphere.

The staff were friendly and attentive. You have 2 hours to eat and drink as much as you like! The food was really good, small portions but filling. We had items like a mini breakfast, bacon sandwich, avocado on toast, French toast, crossiants, chorizo sandwich, eggs florentine, eggs gaucho and pancakes. The alcohol was either Bloody Mary, Aperol spritz, prosecco or beer and you could mix as well. The staff were very good At refilling and bringing the food quickly as well. After about an hour I couldn’t eat anymore as I was full! Once our 2 hours were up we could move to a different area of the bar to finish our drinks.

Overall would definitely recommend this brunch and I will be going back with friends, we had a great time, enjoyed the food, the drink was flowing and the music and atmosphere was very good.
