Great location! Flat well equipped, everything you need for a break in London. Would like to say a big thankyou to Alex and we locked ourselves out by our own fault and he came to our rescue within 30mins on a Sunday evening , we are embarrassed but extremely grateful! Thanks for a great stay

“Everything You Need in a Charming Space”

This spotlessly clean apartment offers a tiny but complete kitchen (with all the utensils you could possibly need and many cooking ingredients), a living/dining room that's perfect for a couple (or even four for dinner), and a nice little patio. Yes, the bedroom is small, but it does have a queen sized bed. The location is great: just a short walk to the Earls Court Tube station, and a grocery store is just as close. We couldn't have been happier with Alex's communication and promptness in meeting us at the apartment. One note: the stairs entering the apartment are steep, so it might not be the place for small children or those with walking issues. For us, it was just perfect!

“Delightful apartment in great location”

This is a very conveniently located apartment which is quite delightful. Within five minutes walk to Earl's Court Tube and a 24 hour Tesco's, the apartment is relatively spacious, well maintained in excellent condition, very comfortably furnished and very adequately equipped.

Our only gripe was that we were kept waiting 20 minutes beyond the agreed arrival time and were starting to become concerned that we may have made a terrible mistake! However, all was well eventually, although because of what the quite strange man who met us described as a misunderstanding about our arrival time ( quite clearly recorded in email exchanges with the owner) the apartment was not ready on our arrival and there was a hasty packing of dirty linen etc from the previous occupants.

“Great flat in Chelsea”
Reviewed 5 July 2015 for a stay in June 2015

We loved this one bedroom flat located on a quiet residential street, but close to a tube station and a Tesco. It was very well equipped and the concierge, Alex, was very helpful. On the less good side, it was a basement flat, so there wasn't a ton of natural light, and the bedroom was tiny, although the other rooms were fine. It had good wifi, and plenty of other amenities, like a printer, selection of soaps, shampoos, foodstuffs, etc. I would definitely recommend it, and would stay there again myself.

“extraordinarily well equipped, clean, nice surrounding”

very positive:
- lots of useful things in the apartment, e.g. good quality cooking equipment, a computer printer, many spices and other cooking ingredients, a sewing kit, a good washing machine, dryer and dishwasher including washing powder and dishwasher tabs, smartTV with Netflix, shampoo, iron with ironing board, detailed guest guide, coffeemaschine with Nespresso capsules...much more than usual
- the location: nice residential street with little traffic in Kensington, two tube lines just 200m away (Tube station is Earls court), bus stop 150 m, 24h open large Tesco- supermarket 200 m away, many restaurants, pubs, shops nearby
- Alex- friendly and helpful
- cleanliness
The only thing that could be improved is the sofa bed in the living room. The springs are rather soft, so we can recommend it only for a single or two lightweight persons. The bed in the bedroom is good.
