Quick overnight prior to early Eurostar. V convenient, clean, spacious and comfy. But air con iniefficwnt. Would not go down below 19 and felt hotter. Windows do not open. Hot, stuffy, airless and stuffy night with not much sleep. Husband said one of worst ever. No phone in room so only way to summon help to physically get dressed and go to reception, thus forfeiting any sleep one might get R 1am. No means or info or how to summon help in a personal emergency.

Booked for 3 nights and cannot fault our stay. Definitely the best Premier Inn we’ve stayed in. Location is perfect as a base for London. Round the corner from Kings Cross so no need to lug cases on the underground. Lovely foyer with a Costa and very good steak/grill restaurant where breakfast also served.

Rooms as always decent and good size, beds very comfortable and really was exceptionally quiet with really good nights sleep. Breakfast was brilliant with extensive choice from the buffet and made to order menu. Restaurant was super for both lunch and dinner and reasonably priced. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

Don’t think we would bother staying anywhere else in London. £400 for 3 nights for 3 of us in a family room including breakfast and there is also an option for DBB.

Incredible value for money. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for two nights and left some low value wash equipment in the room on the first morning (so I didn’t have to carry it).

In my return it had gone !

Staff said they’d look for it and call back (but never did). I eventually spoke with the shift manager who told me it wouldn’t happen and ended the conversation.

It’s by and large a good, clean hotel with vibrant atmosphere and close to transport links.... I’ll just not be leaving anything in the room again !

This hotel is in a wonderful location right across Kings Cross underground train train station. The staff were amazing and so very helpful, specially a lady called Merhawit - She was Phenomenal, very professional in her approach - an asset to the brand!
