My family thoroughly enjoyed their afternoon at the Team Sport go karting on Friday, 21 June. The whole experience from the time we arrived was incredible. The staff in attendance was fantastic and very attentive, which set the right tone for the afternoon. A big thank you goes out to the Area Manager Tyler Fraser-Coombe, who ensured that the experience was going to be a very memorable one. Although I did not take part, I was well taken care of, and the staff members kept asking if I need anything. I also noted how well the staff treated other patrons, so well done to you Tyler, for ensuring such wonderful and excellent customer service. My family ended up ordering a meal after the race. The food was really good. we are looking forward to our next visit here.

We had booked this session as a special celebration for a 13-year-old’s birthday, but what should have been a joyous occasion turned into a highly stressful and frustrating experience.

Upon arriving at the venue, some of our party was delayed by just 4 minutes due to traffic. Despite this, we were still a full 20 minutes early for our scheduled session. However, the manager refused to allow the children who arrived in the second car to participate, citing that they were late for the briefing. We tried to explain that this was a birthday celebration and the whole point was for the children to enjoy the experience together. Despite our pleas, the manager was completely inflexible.

In a desperate attempt to salvage the day, we had to rush the second car to arrive immediately, creating unnecessary stress and anxiety. Ironically, when our session time arrived, we were made to wait an additional 30 minutes past our scheduled time because other groups were allowed to go ahead of us. This unnecessary delay made the initial strictness about the briefing seem arbitrary and unfair.

Ultimately, the excessive rigidity and lack of understanding from your staff marred what was supposed to be a memorable birthday celebration. The stress and frustration we endured were completely avoidable and detracted significantly from our enjoyment of the day. It is incredibly disappointing that such a special occasion was ruined by poor customer service and a lack of consideration for your guests.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work to improve your customer service policies to ensure that future visitors do not have to endure the same negative experience that we did.

Both shakim and aaron helped me improve my time by alot coming go karting, if you ever do come theyre the best staff to talk to in my opinion they are quite friendly and will help you get what you need, definately top staff
