The hotel is conveniently located within a couple of minutes from Edgware Road station, with metro lines deserving a big part of the city, including St. Pancras international train station. It is also within walking distance from Hyde Park and Oxford street.
We got the double room, which was tiny but comfortable. However, the room had a tiny window facing another room, so there was no natural light coming in.
In general, I'd say it's suitable for staying a couple of days; but not more as there is not much space to keep your stuff. If you're planning to stay in the room for a while during the day, I'd recommend booking a larger room.
The wifi was sometimes unstable, but reconnecting would always work.
(By the way, to use the wifi you need to have the TV on)
The staff was friendly and helpful.
One issue I had with the hotel is the fact that the elevator is located inside Costa Coffee, on the ground floor; which means that, in theory, not only the guests have access to the hotel facilities. Adding extra security (e.g., using the elevator only if you have a room key) would be much appreciated.More
