We stayed here last week and just used it as a crash pad as we were at a gig in town and the staff seemed pleasant.
The room was quite small (though did have a window that you could edge open slightly which we liked) but served its purpose as we just needed a bed for the night. Our bedroom and bathroom were both clean. There was plenty of complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee in room.
I am not sue the breakfast on offer at the hotel as we didn’t need it but there is a Costa Coffee next to reception.

We went to London for weekend to the attend the BST Concert at Hyde park which is a short walk from hotel. We arrived very early and the staff at the hotel looked after our bags so we could do some sight seeing. We booked in went to our room which was small but had everything it needed and was spotlessly clean. The shower and bathroom looked very new. Alex at reception made our stay so worth it, he was vault of knowledge about anything from how to buy a cheap jacket rather than an expensive one to giving advice on what tube to get to where, he had a great sense of humour what a nice young gentleman, so well mannered. The wifi work when upu put on your TV which was no trouble for us at all. Totally would go back to this hotel as its so near everything.

I walked into this hotel late on a Saturday night in need of a room in an emergency last minute situation. The man on reception was extremely helpful and went above and beyond his call of duty to ensure I got a room and had everything I needed. This excellent customer care was also exhibited by a second member of staff the following morning who was also extremely kind and helpful. The room itself was small but it was clean and had everything I needed. The room was quiet despite being at the front of a busy road. The hotel is close to supermarkets, tube station and plenty of bus stops. I highly recommend this hotel for the wonderful staff and value for money in London City Centre.

When we first saw the front of the hotel we were very surprised, our taxi driver pointed it out but it was still easy to miss. Checking in was straight forward and the receptionist was most pleasant. The room was small but not too small. The bathroom however had certainly been squeezed in. The tiny shower was difficult to use because there was no room to bend down in it. It was all clean though. The location was not ideal but the tube station was 5 minutes away. We chose to have breakfast at the café 2 doors away and that was very good. We were also surprised that our hotel was part of costa coffee ( or perhaps the other way round!). We had to walk through it to access the hotel lift. We would not stay there again simply because of the location, we wanted the sights on our doorstep.
