Location was okay but room cleaning was not on par. The restaurant was really slow and room rates were not worth it. Would not stay there again. The shower head was leaking and we had to request housekeeping to take out the trash and get more bedding. Not what I expected.

Great hotel and great location. Westminster is just five minutes walk.
Great lounge. Rooms are great and food at restaurant is super delicious.
I will for sure come back here next time I am in London.

This Doubletree is in a business area of London. It's not really walking distance to any of the tourist attractions except the Tate Britain. There are very few restaurants nearby and the food available in the hotel is limited. The nearest London Underground station is quite a hike. The rooms are pretty small, even by London standards. It's clean and nice, but not what we would consider a family hotel. We had access to the executive lounge and it was pretty modest. The breakfast food was OK but nothing to get excited about.

Dear Dan M

Thank you for taking the time to leave you feedback. I must admit that I am quite surprised by a few of your comments.

We are ideally situated to quite a few tourist attractions - Houses of Parliament and Big Ben is half a mile from the hotel. You can also walk to Buckingham Palace and the London Eye within 15 minutes. We have two close by tube stations - Pimlico and Westminster. Pimlico can be reached on foot in under 10 minutes. We are extremely popular with families due to the location and the larger rooms that we have available that can fit extra beds.

I am sorry that you did not fully enjoy your stay but wish you all the best on your future travels.

Kind regards

Great location, needs to work on some of the amentities. Good lounge and breakfast area, staff needs more training on customer service. This location needs a business center, no computer available for guest use.

Dear arlncap

Thank you for leaving your feedback after your stay with us here at the DoubleTree by Hilton London Westminster.

I am glad that you enjoyed certain parts of the stay and we will look to improve on the other areas you mentioned. We find limited need for a PC to be available in the hotel these days. Most people have a portable device with them and we are happy to print off anything emailed to the Guest Service Team.

We hope to be able to welcome you back again soon.

Kind regards

Me and the missus chose this place mainly for its location as It's just a 5 minute walk to Westminster and the houses of parliament and roughly a 15/20 minute walk to St James park and Buckingham palace so we had no problems getting around.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and helped us out with any questions that we had.

The rooms were well kept and cleaned and we had plenty of room for our bags etc. The beds were very comfortable so we got a great nights kip before the big day ahead. Room had many handy amenities, iron and ironing board, kettle with tea and coffee, a safe and even a hair dryer (so no need to pack one ladies).

There is a restaurant on the ground floor next to the lobby but we never ate there, only as we were out all day but the menu looked great. Another bonus is there were plenty of taxis parked outside if you need to get about or are in a hurry.

All in all we had a great stay and I would definitely return and recommend to anybody wanting the full package, I.e location, comforts etc.

Dear James P

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback after your stay with us.

I am glad you had a good time. Maybe next time you can try out our newly opened Art St Kitchen, I can confirm the food is as yummy as it looks on the menu.

We hope to see you again soon.
