Hotel staff were beyond friendly. Excellent service from everyone. Could not be happier. Also they have like a little kitchen, where guests can make their own food and plenty freebies and snacks. Not too far from a tube station and also write next to a couple of shops. Would 100% come back. Thank you again for the room swap and hopefully see you soon.

Room Tip: 301 had a balcony if you are a smoker

This hotel was located in a pretty run down part of London in East London, I'm not a fan of East London and if you see this neighbourhood you would see why. Anyway the hotel itself was split across two locations. Our room was in a separate building which was weird at first but you got used to it eventually. The rooms were modern and well converted (a Victorian terraced house). The reception and breakfast was in the first building and it was a again decently presented.

Staff were friendly and parking was free which was good. They cooked breakfast on demand which is good but then English breakfasts are just a bit boring compared to Spain, Portugal, Thailand etc.

Overall an OK experience once you get over the weirdness of going to a separate building down the road.

Great place to stay, a little way out of the city centre, but worth it. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free bottled water, as much as you like, as well as free fruit! Also cooked breakfast included.

Myself and husband booked to stay here for 1 night after a night out with friends and we found this hotel to be fantastic value for money. On arriving at the hotel we was greeted by Abdul who was very welcoming he informed us that there was baskets of fruit in reception and bottled water and juice in the fridge in the kitchen both of which was complimentary there was also a cash machine and computer that could also be used. We stayed in a double superior room which was very nice room contained modern bathroom with shower mini fridge tea and coffee making facilities and an iron and ironing board our room also had a balcony with a picnic bench, there was also a wardrobe and dressing table. We also had a complimentary breakfast which was very nice.
We have booked again for new years eve as we are spending it with family and live outside London. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and welcoming. See you again soon.
