This hotel is not in a good state of repair , with broken lifts no net curtains when its overlooked by other flats so you have to have the curtains shut even in the day. There are no sockets near the beds . you are expected to pay for Wifi , I thought that had disappeared 10 years ago

If you want a pleasant, friendly place to stay, in London, and you don't need fancy frills, this is a perfect hotel. The rooms are simple but comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities. I love the way you can pick up extra supplies in the reception area without having to ask. The bathroom is clean and the shower works well. If, like me, you prefer solid soap, take your own bar as there is only liquid soap in the bathroom. The breakfast is good, with ample choice and seating. You don't need to book in advance so if you want to try somewhere else, there is a lovely cafe (Costas) just along the road towards Kings Cross. The location of the hotel is great. Kings Cross is a 5 minute walk and from there you can take the underground everywhere. It is also not far to walk into central London or along to The British Museum and Regents Park. The price can vary widely, but it is usually good value for money.

A good place to stay as it is near the train station and a bus stop is just a short walk away.
Such efficient staff. Our luggage was kept for us on arrival and the day of departure.
Two comfortable beds and a spotlessly clean bathroom. As many sachets of tea and milk as we needed.
The friendliest staff I have very met, they are an asset to the company.

Room tip: Choose a room over looking the parking as it is quieter.

Great location for access to Kings Cross and on to other parts of the city. it was a very comfy bed, clean room with all required amenities. Weak water pressure of shower only small negative. Hotel has full breakfast and bar facilities if required.
