We had such a wonderful stay! Rahul was incredibly welcoming and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. He was not only helpful but genuinely kind, making our experience so enjoyable. From start to finish, his hospitality made a real difference in our trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. We had a really good experience in here. Our server (named Christine) was really sweet making sure to help us with all our questions. Due to food allergies we only tried 2 deserts and 2 drinks, they were both really good! We are definetly coming back! Great service, great food, and great environment!

Long story short...We were staying in this hotel around whole month.I had best experience in this hotel because of girl name SILVIA,who works in reception,she were amaizing for me and my family!Any issues I had I went to this girl and she sorted everything for me,such lovely stay over were just because of her.Och also I had ann issue with my room haveing no electricity,so concierge JOSEPH came and did his job!Also rooms are clean,beds are really comfy!Really worth of staying there.

We were dreading our stay after reading some of the reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was small, the toilet and bathroom were very clean. We did upgrade to a better room, I don't know what the standard rooms were like but this certainly was basic. The beds were clean and comfortable. The only downside was the noise at night, it can get very busy outside and we were on the main road. The area was nice and super close to the tube for getting in and out of the city. We went out to see George Michael grave, which was lovely to see and so easy to get to.
