Massive bed. Very warm room but a fan was supplied. Very clean and the best buffet breakfast I've had in a hotel. Staff are very attentive and always busy. Very pleasant and polite. Would stay again, definitely. Without a doubt, most definitely.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and the employee Joseph has helped us with all the questions we have had.Very attentive and helpful. If we returned on a trip again we would repeat the hotel. It is not the most luxurious hotel but it has what you need and the rooms are clean. Thanks

The hotel is located in a strategica position, at walking distante to any important sight.
The rooms are quiet, tidy and cleaned, the bedclothes are neat and orderly.
The breakfast -both continental and English- is very rich with a large variety of food. The service is eccellente.

Very big, busy and central hotel with good bus and tube connections . we were lucky to have a comfortable and freshly renovated room in a quiet corner of the building. Room and bathroom very clean, good service.
Very friendly and attentive receptionist Caya Thri who found a quiet and comfortable place for our breakfast in the mornings. We would stay here again!
