I came to the hotel with 15 students from Argentina. All the staff has been very kind with me from the very beginning our check in was earlier and quick. Then Zubair was very helpful with me giving advices how to go to the station to go by train to the airport and also very kindly he helped me with weighing my luggage.

Royal National Hotel
The hotel, part of a larger hotel (Royal National Hotel) is situated a 5 minute walk from Russell Square Underground station. The hotel is spotlessly clean, very airy with lots of great features; bar, restaurant, car parking, mini shop, luggage store. The multi-national staff are all so friendly, happy and very willing to help in any way. Our room, although designed for a person with disabilities, had everything that we needed. It was spacious, comfortable bed, TV, safe, ironing board & iron and electric fan as the room is not air conditioned. The room does not have a fridge and the windows, which open, are not double glazed. However, the road adjacent to the entrance is not overly busy. Breakfast is £15 per head, which may seem a lot, but you would probably more going out to eat. The breakfast was certainly plentiful and a varied selection of foods and drinks were available. The orange juice is always a gauge for quality, and The City Sleeper breakfast is certainly quality. We did not use the bar or the restaurant during our stay, so cannot pass comment. Overall, our stay was excellent.

I would like to thank Wency and Oxana for the smooth check-in. They are very accommodating and kind in giving instructions and suggestions as to where to explore nearby (as i am a first timer) in London. The staff are friendly, and the location is just perfect. Near everything (restaurants, parks, bus stops). I was just a little bit shocked because there is no AC in the room, and I realised it was quite normal in London. It gets cold at night, though. I just opened the windows for fresh air.
Overall, the whole experience of staying in this hotel was great. The prize is reasonable and cheaper compared to other hotels nearby.

the hotel is incredible, I really enjoyed staying here.
In the breakfast you should have jugs on the tables instead of queing everytime for water. Jabir and Zubair were very helpful. jabir helped me with finding local attractions and helped me with WiFi and finding my Room.
