Our server, Mustaf, was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our meal. I particularly enjoyed the hash brown, which was cooked to perfection and had a delicious flavour. The restaurant had a great atmosphere.😍“The food and service quality was truly exceptional, I can't wait to come back”

Rooms were okay. Breakfast was tasteless and lacking in variety (no vegetables, fruits were defrosted).

My daughter and I were warmly welcomed at the reception, even though it was around 2:00 AM due to our flight delay. The breakfast was very varied and plentiful. The staff was very helpful; we asked for extra towels and received them very quickly. Upon our departure, to make the most of our late afternoon visit to London, the hotel kindly offered to store our luggage.
