Our receptionist Jannai couldn’t have been more helpful with checking us in and giving directions to the room as well as explaining the breakfast and other deals!
The room is lovely and clean with everything you’d need!

I have had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is in an ideal location. Euston station is 5-10 minutes walk away. Underground stations are minutes away. The British museum is minutes away.
The hotel has comfortable beds and rooms. Cleaned every day. The breakfast has everything you could ask for.
Extremely helpful staff were Carla and Chuks on reception,who went above and beyond the call of duty to be helpful and cheerful.
I would definitely stay there again.

Big hotel, room was clean and daily serviced. Food: lot too choose from from big english breakfast to fruit and grains.
Accesebility good, plenty of elevators.
Area nice close to russel square park good public transport metro and bus stops close by.

The smile from the server made my whole trip. Clean and beautiful restaurant. Lovely service. When I’m having a bad day I know where to go to. I also got 20% off for my Pizza because of me staying at the City sleeper. I will be having dinner for the rest of my trip here.
