The smile from the server made my whole trip. Clean and beautiful restaurant. Lovely service. When I’m having a bad day I know where to go to. I also got 20% off for my Pizza because of me staying at the City sleeper. I will be having dinner for the rest of my trip here.

City Sleeper at Royal National Hotel
I regularly stay at the National when I am in London - rooms are always clean and good value, and the hotel is well located for the main train stations.
Staff are always friendly and helpful in this busy hotel. Today I’d like to praise Jannai on reception for how he helped with my request for a slightly late checkout tomorrow. He is a good example of the professionalism of the staff at the hotel.

Everything was good-nice staff, good food and clean rooma overall, except that the room service took my shirt (probbly by accident) and it didn’t turn up, but yeah the staff was really reponsive and helpful anyway. Now I’m just trying to fill the world count:)

We checked in late near 11pm and there was no room to add extra bed for a 7 year old kid. The night manager didn’t solve the problem and satisfy us properly. We ended up only my kid and me slept in the hotel room and my husband had no where to sleep overnight. Even go to the room as a visitor to help us put all the luggage after 11pm and leave the hotel was forbidden!
