Money making. Hired a small car and prepaid online. Had to upgrade at the last minute and was asked to pay an extra £108 in top of my prepaid rental for 5 days. Service is always rushed and vehicles hardly cleaned properly. Service has drastically declined over the years. Poor customer service. Get every penny out of the customer just to fill there pockets. Think twice before booking.

I booked a car on the booking ( Toyota Corolla or same) from them for 1 week and came on time but they said that they have only Fiat Egea. Once I said that I booked different car, they proposed me Chery Omoda 5 ( good car) and I really liked it. Everything was great untill I returned the car. They checked everything and said that they will return deposit in few days ( gas was full). Unfortunately, I received only PART of my deposit after 11 days instead of 2. When I wrote them to find out why I receive only PART of deposit, they start to ignore all my emails and calls. Till now I did not receive my money. Be careful with them...

Dorchester (UK) Enterprise were brilliant! Aaron explained the workings of the car, picked us up from local train station. Cheerful and helpful team. Service so good that I booked another car in Carlisle.

The representative, Junayed, from Newquay Airport care hire location was extremely helpful and made the hire process easy. Junayed displayed an excellent example of how customers should be treated and I will use the Newquay point and other Europcar locations as my main car hire company in the future.

Terrible customer service and a total ripoff. I returned my car through drop box on Gatwick on 4th June. Till date I didn’t get any email confirming closure of my booking, however, the company deducted £150 from my deposit without stating any reason. I sent an email which is still unanswered.
Meanwhile, I was sent two traffic violation fine. I paid one online and filed a review petition with the authorities regarding the second. The authorities have given me six week till a decision, but I was shocked to find out today that Enterprise has deducted fine amount from my card without waiting for the outcome of petition.
I find this behaviour as total rip off.
Will NEVER select this company again.
