One of the most accessible London locations - excellent national rail connections, multiple lines tubes and buses go everywhere. Walk to wide variety of restaurants and services. Hotel is very pleasant with helpful pleasant staff. We stayed twice - both rooms were modern and pleasant but differed greatly in size and appointments. The first was just (but only just) big enough for two people (travelers) with two suitcases. The second room was not.. Both had tea/coffee facilities but the second did not have a fridge. Both had less than adequate hanging and wardrobe space. Good, if small, bathrooms. Windows opened. Good breakfast in pleasant dining room (decent marmalade, not plastic sachets, good bacon and scrambled eggs) didn't try other meals there.

Room Tip: Check room size. Small double really is small for two.

I stayed in a single room with en suite toilet and shower which was very comfortable and quiet. The hotel is very convenient for Euston Station The service in the hotel was very good and the staff friendly. I asked for an iron and someone delivered it within a few minutes. The breakfast was also good. The only negative point was a lack of shelf space in the en suite and the fact that the shower did not drain away fast enough so the floor of the en suite and shower mat were wet after showering in the morning.

Ak for deluxe if you can afford it - the ordinary rooms have been created to maximise the number in the hotel with little thought for the comfort of the guests . The TV is at 90 degrees to the bed VERY uncomfortable viewing position .The shower room is the first hotel I've been in for this price where you can go to the loo have a shower and clean your teeth whilst still sitting on the loo ......not nice . Also no shelves in the bathroom tho wall space is the only thing there is plenty of . The desk would have been usable except for the space saving device of having such a short lead on the coffee machine that you can't take it off the desk to make space . Bed was comfortable , room furniture looking tired. Breakfast was good and the staff are lovely

Room Tip: Book Deluxe if you can afford it to have a TV you can watch without a crick in your nexk and perhaps more space

Stayed here a couple of times. Nice modern rooms with good sized wet bathroom and large tv. Useful to have WiFi and Bluetooth speaker too. Food good too. Evening meal Ok if expensive and choice for breakfast. Continuing grip about warmth of room: too hot or have air conditioning on which is noisy and too cool.

We stayed at the hotel over a long weekend with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary in this city that we love.
We definitely picked the right hotel!
I must say that the hotel staff has been awesome; from the receptionist to the restaurant waiter, everybody has been great with us and very attentive all the way through.
We loved the room but also the ambiance of this boutique hotel.
We will be back!
