we stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. We had 4 rooms on all levels of the hotel.
The basement room and the room on the main floor was large and could sleep 3 but the bathroom was the tiniest one ever. it was recently remodeled but had barely any space to take a shower. you could not get to scratch your back if you needed to.size of a tiny wardrobe

Now to the rooms 205 and 305. they had a queen bed and a pullout sofa that was set up as a permanent bed and as such left no room to maneuver in the room or to open your luggage. The bathroom was in the utmost state of despair and should be gutted. For the money we paid we should have atleast gotten a usable bathroom but it was just the worst....water leaking, just not a clean feel.

will never stay here again ever.....

breakfast was all processed foods, nothing warm or fresh. even the fruit was probably canned.

Paid almost 300 a night for each room. and none of the rooms have any view....all look into some walls or pipes.

Oh, and if you need help to get your luggage to your room, they have no help for that.

If you need to have your vehicle at the door front to load or unload your luggage ....forget it, no standing or stopping or parking there.

the receptionist is the handyman, guide....one in all

The name of this hotel is comfort inn, the comfort is only in the name of this hotel. I spent two nights at a very hot summer time, there is no air conditioner in the room, but only a very noisy ventilator, so forget it if you want to try sleeping. The room is just like a poor student room of 9 sqm. The bathroom is so small that you may take a shower in the toilet. It is noisy you can hear every room close to yours. The breakfast is very poor so forget about a dreamed English breakfast. The cost is about 200 £ per night so the value for money is just unacceptable! Pass your way...

There are several things that mean I would never stay again firstly the room was in the basement with no outside windows just one into the corridor and there was no air-con so the room was hot stuff and very humid the room had a musty smell to it. The humidity was made worse after using the shower which wasn’t very good. The loo roll holder was loose and at one touch would turn around. There were no tea cups in the room so I had to go to the breakfast room to get one only to find the milk had go off. The bedding had holes in it and only one pillow per person in the room. The staff weren’t at the reception and there was no bell to alert them if we needed anything. This isn’t the first comfort inn I have stayed but this will be our last and this was our second bad experience with the chain.

This was a really poor Experience the hotel is very expensive for what is a third rate experience , the rooms are tiny and the bathroom is the fuse of a wardrobe . Breakfast is a feast of processed foods and nothing to be excited about . Staff were nice enough but such a rip off my advice don’t do it

This hotel is located at a good position. The hotel is clean, service is good, there are not many choices for food in the breakfast, but the coffee is good, you can make your own coffee from the machine in the kitchen. The rooms are very small, particularly the toilets.
