My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the strand palace our room was spacious and spotless and the bed super comfy, we found all the staff very friendly we would definitely stay her again if we were to visit London as we couldn’t have been in a better location

The Strand Palace is a great place to stay in London. It is a great location and short walking distance to many sites. We stayed in a small double and there was plenty of space. The rooms are spotless. The price is good value for money. It is also very quiet considering location on the strand. Breakfast is good - only negative was the cooked breakfast wasn't amazing but there was plenty of choice.

Stayed at The Strand Palace for three nights in the Deluxe King size room.
The Hotel location is great and is positioned quite central and close to some of the main areas and attractions.
Access to transport is nearby and easy to use.
The staff were freindly and attentive.
Our room was slightly smaller than expected, but was comfortable for our stay.
Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options (hot & cold) however, the fried and scrambled eggs are prepared and warmed in advance so they weren't to my liking. The scrambled egg was very watery.
My only issue was with the toilet, it was a tight squeeze between the loo and the door and the toilet roll holder was placed in an awkward position.
The hall ways and light fixtures were very dusty, and some areas of the decor need some attention.
Overall, i would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

We were at the Strand Palace for a family weekend break and it was my first time in London since before the pandemic. Very impressed with the hotel which has one of the best locations in all of London. The Strand Palace is an iconic hotel which has been recently refurbished and to a high standard. We had a very nice room with quiet air conditioning, a King size bed, a powerful electronic walk in shower and White company products, which my wife tells me is a good sign of a quality hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly and wore masks throughout. Not withstanding all of the above, I thought the room was good value, particularly for central London. Highly recommended and we will be back.
