Overall The No1 Mansions was a very good 4 day stay. The location was ideal and very close to the Earls court Tube for visiting London attractions. Many close restaurants to choose from and small M& S super market right across the street.
My wife and I were bringing our 3 grandchildren ages 15, 18 and 19 on their first European trip and the 1B flat has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms so large rooms and full updated kitchen worked well.
Only 2 issues - Wi Fi was terrible and with no A/C the rooms were quite warm at night.. The widows at the front are on the first floor and don't open probably for security. I imagine heat could become a problem especially in July and August.
The People in the office were very helpful and supplied us with fans and help in finding our way around London.

Room Tip: Our first floor flat, 1B, was noisy because it faced a busy Earls court road but was fun for our one grandson counting fancy sports cars.

This flat was perfect for our family of five which is key because there aren't a lot of options for bigger families. Market down the street allowed us to pick up a few essentials for breakfast. We had the two bedroom and it was plenty of room. Convenience to tube and Piccadilly line to LHR were great. Customer service with staff was terrific! Loved our stay. Only negative was that the carpet in common areas/hallways needed updating.

Room Tip: Lift only goes to fifth floor. Three bedroom flats are huge.

We have been coming to #1 The Mansions twice a year for the last 12 years. Having tried other places before we discovered #1, we couldn't be happier that we found this gem. Their flats are well appointed, and the staff could not be more considerate and accommodating. It is truly a home away from home. We have recommended it to our friends, and they have all been pleased that we did so. Many of the people we have met in the building seem to be regular patrons, which is their best testimonial.
Earls Court is a delightful location. The Tube station is 2 blocks away, served by the 2 most useful London Underground lines, Picadilly and District. Many small restaurants are in the neighborhood, but our favorite is The Little French Restaurant, 3 blocks away, with a special dinner value on Sunday evenings. One of the very best Indian restaurants, Noor Jahan, is 6 blocks away, a delightful walk.

Room Tip: We choose to be overlooking Earls Court Rd., but there are quieter sections in the building if you ask.

I stayed here in September 2018 and loved this place so booked for my grandson's graduation trip with Nanna. I feel so at home here with full kitchen with washer/dryer, separate bedroom, living room and bath. M & S Grocery a block away and the Earls Court tube one more short block. Lots of pubs, drug stores, fast food and my grandson loved a Tardis ( Dr. WHO) right outside the tube station. Always spotlessly clean, fridge stocked with enough food to till you get to the grocery. Friendly and helpful staff. Love it!!

As frequent visitors, we continue to recommend the No.1 Mansions. Even though it was a jumping point prior to heading to Scotland, the staff could not be more hospitable and welcoming. Roy, Tanya, and Ruth continue to go out of their way to help us with bookings, reservations, and suggestions for our stay in London and in Scotland. We'll be back in December!
Since the Mansions provides a washer/dryer there is no need to overpack. Food stores are within walking distance, Great pubs and restaurants nearby. Easy access to the Earl's Court Tube Station. No need to worry about phoning/texting while there since they also provide usage of a cell phone. They continue to update and provide more services each and every time we visit. A Gem Of A Place.

Room Tip: You might hear the ambulance or Police Cars on Earl's Court, But that is part of the ambiance of London!!
