Booked for one night to celebrate a special birthday. Reception and staff were excellent, however, was shown to a room which was ridiculously small! Moved to a larger room but decor and furniture very poor. You may get slippers and robes but this means nothing if the room is old and tired. Very disappointed as expected a fabulous room as paid for 5*. Breakfast was excellent and varied. Staff were all lovely. Won’t be staying here again.

The location of the hotel is in centre of whole of shopping and party place... Oxford Street, Covent garden and haymarket all are at walking distance... surrounded by multi cuisine restaurants, perfect place to rest and party... All of the staff were warm... Staff Linda was extremely kind, humble and resourceful... Great Experience!!!

Stayed 6 nights in family suite with wife and 2 teenage boys. Space was adequate. Location perfect for short underground rides to all popular tourist sites and easy longer commute to Heathrow.
Staff/concierge were excellent. Loved their Leicester Square Kitchen for breakfast. House staff very attentive and helpful. More expensive, but worth it!

Lovely room, great location, helpful staff and delicious breakfast. I visited with a child who was welcomed. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone. Not very far from several tube stops and walking distance to many sights.
