We arrived when it opened at 9 a.m. The first docent tour was not until 10 a.m. because there were actors who were using the theatre at the time. However, you are provided with a very informative audio tour which you can use before the guided tour. Plus, if you are unable to complete the audio tour prior to your guided tour, you are permitted to return (with your ticket) and complete the remainder of your audio tour.
The guided tour is very good. The guides are very enthusiastic about the theatre and its productions. However, they make it quite clear that this company is not part of the Royal Shakespeare Company. Worth a visit.More
