We purchased tickets online to avoid the queues which are evident for all to see. Despite the assurances on the website and tickets, the lines were 2 hours long! Standing in the cold and wet is just something I don’t do. Others were in the same predicament and were visitors from abroad. What sort of image does this send out about the organisational skills of our country. If you think I’m alone just look at other reviews which emphasise the same.
The museum itself is worth a visit but the lines are irritating and detract from the subject matter.
