Good central hotel. Comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable including the beds. Good powerful shower. Breakfast great. All you can eat. Reccomend the gin bramble cocktail. Lovely.

Stayed: March 2018, travelled as a couple

Hotel very convenient for coach/train stations. Staff friendly and helpful. Room much bigger than expected. Room very clean with lovely shower. Wifi good. There wasn't separate sofa as in most Premier Inns and TV was small but overall room more than adequate and I would def stay here again

An overnight stay, I wanted to be near Victoria station. Room was expensive at £174 through bad planning and late booking. Located in an old building, space is constrained compared to modern Premier Inns but the room was of adequate size. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The food was excellent and the meal deal giving a 2 course dinner, a drink and full breakfast for £26 was fantastic value. Lost a star only because the in house wifi is quite slow. I could have upgraded for £5 but felt that it should have been better given the price paid for the room.

This hotel was good choice for our 3 night leisure stay in London. Walking distance from Victoria Rail, and Coach Stations which both have Taxi ranks. Our 5th floor Hotel Room (Lift) was a bit small but comfortable, and clean. The Shower pressure and temperature great. Room temperature control good, small TV, but hey, we were out most of the time. The Staff where all friendly and most helpful...thanks guys. See you next time.

The hotel was conveniently located near Victoria Station in the Pilmico neighborhood, near Victoria Theater and a number of restaurants on Wilton Road. Room was small, but clean and adequate for my three night stay. Shower pressure was low.
