Absolutely excellent burrata, rabbit rilliette and mellon & feta salad. The Sancerre and the the Austrian wine were excellent also. Great place to have a bottle and some quality nibbles. Our waiter Eduardo and his colleague Sebastiano were most helpful and pros at their job. Have the peach ravioli as a dessert!

This is fundamentally a wine bar. Unlike most wine bars, it does not let its food menu slip. You don't have to rely on olives and charcuterie (unless you want to). There is a very good selection of mains. Though the prices seem a little steep (around £18 for a main), the portion sizes are good and the food is DELICIOUS. I have to say, the Sunday Roast is the best in the area - especially the beef. All the food I've tried (and I've been a few times) has been tasty and original. It's also a step away from the ordinary (the ravioli with nuts and apples and cinnamon icecream for desert for example, was incredible). The staff is also very knowledgable. I've been for a wine tasting event (8 course meal with wines) which was worth every penny. In summary : I can't recommend this place enough!

From a very warm welcome, to great food and wine plus discrete live music in the background, my friend and I had a lovely evening. Warmly recommend this new addition to the gastronomic delights of Islington.

Booked dinner at Humble Grape, a hidden gem just off the hustle and bustle of Upper Street. Had a special deal of three courses and unlimited Prosecco and didn't disappoint, the set menu was varied and the food we had was delicious. The service was very relaxed and friendly without being intrusive and the whole vibe with the background live music brought everything together perfectly.

My daughter and I had booked the three course dinner with prosecco deal which we enjoyed last night. The food was delicious, the service excellent and the staff were very attentive with the processo. The three courses were all good, we both had the pan fried salmon for our mains. My daughter had the excellent chocolate brownie and ice cream for pudding, she couldn't eat it all and rather regretted that she hadn't asked for a doggie bag to enjoy the rest later! We will return.
